Randolph Mfg. Corp. is a custom component manufacturer making each part to our customer’s exact specifications. Founded in 1978, Randolph is an ISO certified company ready to quote to your specific requirements. We ensure that all our precision screw machine products adhere to high quality and dependable durability of industry standards. Our products are used in a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, aerospace, military and medical.

We employ a number of measuring and testing equipment which provide accurate measurements based on a regular system of calibration and standard gauging. Randolph Manufacturing owns and maintains over 400 pieces of inspecting equipment used in the acceptance of a product. The quality system at Randolph manufacturing has a specially developed automated measuring system that can be used to measure parts with an accuracy of 0.0002 inches. QS 9000 PPAP Submission Packages Levels 1 through 5 can be supplied as requested to meet all automotive quality requirements. The product history, measurement and test data for such parts are provided in the form of hard copies, electronic data or through the internet as per the customer’s need.

    All manufacturing processes and specs are closely monitored to ensure product integrity by state- of-the-art S.P.C. procedures and equipment. Product history can be supplied or requested on any of your part numbers. QS-9000 P.P.A.P. documentation available levels 1 through 5.
